Terms and Conditions for the Red Willow Art Contest
1. Contest Organizer The Valentine's Day Painting Contest is organized by Red Willow Art ("Organizer"). By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- The contest is open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
3. Contest Period
- Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
- Participants must fill out the official submission form on the Red Willow Art website.
- Each entry must include:
- Full name and valid contact information.
- Title and description of the artwork.
- High-quality image of the painting in JPG, PNG, or PDF format (maximum size: 20-100MB).
- By submitting, entrants certify that the artwork is their original creation.
5. Submission Guidelines
- The artwork must align with the contest theme stated.
- Submissions must not include offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
- Multiple submissions are not allowed.
6. Judging Criteria
- Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, adherence to the theme, and artistic execution.
- The judging panel will consist of members selected by the Organizer.
- The decision of the judges is final and binding.
7. Prizes
- Winners will be announced on dates specify on the contest.

- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- Entrants retain the copyright to their artwork.
- By entering, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display their submissions for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.
9. Liability
- The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues or lost submissions.
- By entering, participants release the Organizer from any claims or liabilities related to participation in the contest.
10. Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
11. Disqualification
- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or attempt to manipulate the contest process.
12. Changes and Cancellation
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
14. Acceptance of Terms
