1. Artist Selection

• Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance. If your work is selected for inclusion, you will receive a formal notification via email.

• Red Willow Art reviews artist submissions regularly and selects artists based on curation standards, artistic style, and market fit.

• Once accepted, you will be invited to upload your artwork into Red Willow Art, set pricing.

2. Artwork Submission and Display

• By joining Red Willow Art, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and sell your submitted artworks on the Red Willow Art website and associated marketing channels (including social media, newsletters, and promotional materials).

• You retain full copyright and ownership of your artwork. Red Willow Art does not claim ownership of your original creations.

3. Sales and Commission

• Red Willow Art facilitates the sale of your artwork through our platform.

• Commission Structure: Red Willow Art retains 35% of the sale price for each artwork sold. The remaining 65% will be paid to you within 30 days after the customer has received the artwork.

• Please note: All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges once a customer has received the artwork.
  

4. Pricing and Artwork Details

• You agree to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images of your artwork.

• You may update your pricing and availability by notifying Red Willow Art in writing.

5. Artist Responsibility

• All submitted artworks must be your original creation and free from infringement on any third party’s intellectual property rights.

• You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping sold artworks unless otherwise agreed with Red Willow Art.

6. Liability and Risk

• Red Willow Art is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of artworks in transit or after delivery to buyers.

• You agree to hold Red Willow Art harmless from any legal claims arising from the sale or display of your artworks.

7. Marketing Consent

• You consent to Red Willow Art using your name, biography, and artwork images in marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.

8. Agreement Termination

• You may request the removal of your artwork from Red Willow Art at any time with written notice.

• Red Willow Art reserves the right to remove artworks or terminate artist accounts at our discretion if terms are violated.
